Question I did the TB Screw and Now High Idle,Please Help

Ok I have a 408 with a 244 248 cam.Ok since I have had this motor when the cold weather hits the car starts fine and runs fine for about 5 seconds and then The Big Surge Starts. It can very from 400 to 1500 rpm and engine will die some times. When it gets to Coolant temp of 68-70 degrees it corrects itself and is fine from that point thats why no problems in the summer.Ok after I searched and read all kinds of stuff on this I decided to use the TB Blade adjustment screw and turned it until 2% open Throttle and TPS Volts of .65
And reset the TPS sensor ,I got 0% closed and 100% open at WOT.But Man you Talk about CRUISE CONTROL Holy Mother of God!!!The thing Idles now when at Operating temp at 1400 to 1500 rpm my Idle is set at 1000,But I didn't have the surging this morning when I started it.What is it that I need to adjust my IAC? Thanks!

Default

You need to adjust (decrease) the idle airflow table as well as the Throttle Cracker and Follower to compensate for the increased airflow entering the TB. 400-500 rpms over desired idle rpms is alot which leads me to believe you over adjusted and that wasn't the problem to begin with. What are the current gms/sec values in the idle airflow table?
