who has the best knowledge with cams need one for my motor

there is no best cam!! Your best bet is to do research and look into results from the many sponsors we have on this site.. Texas Speed, Speed Inc, Vengeance, and thunder racing..

There are plenty of people out there with the knowledge to spec you the correct camshaft. Just make sure they know all of the details of your combination and what you expect from the addition of the camshaft.
