Default LS6 Motor in 1991 YJ Jeep Wrangler

I am in the process of doing this swap, anyone else on this forum completed one? I am planning on using a T56 tranny and I assume it has to be adapted to fit my stock transfer case. I am also still looking at choices for a rear end that can handle 400+ hp with larger tires. This is the first fuel injected swap I have done so unless its going to be easy to tap into the factory harness and connect it to my power, ignition exc. I might just buy the painless harness for it.

The t56 wont work.. in my yj i went with a ford 8.8 rear and a waggy dana44 front.. your gonna need a new fuel system.. the harness i would get from the car you got the ls6 from.. you can make a stand alone harness.. i was running 37"tires with detroits front and rear.. what are you gonna run
