Default Nick Williams 102 Throttle Body

So i have a problem. I was on the dyno the other day with some serious problems. Ran it once and realized my afrs were 13.5 all the was a crossed.
Threw hptuners on it and realized i had a vacuum leak somewhere. LTFT were +10% and my vacuum was -9. Decided to unplug the maf sensor and make another pull and got them to where i wanted them. high 12s.

So i threw on the smoke machine and found my leak. Smoke was rolling out of my throttle body. Problem is its coming from the shaft. Right where it comes out to hook to the shaft.

Anyone else ever have this problem with NWs throttle bodies?
I am going aps twin turbo soon and this will be a huge boost leak.

MOD:
NW 102mm TB

I'm currently thinking the purchase of this TB for my 416 project which includes a ported Fast 102.

Not knowing your before setup, are the trims just due to larger TB?

A leak on the shaft is not going to affect your WOT AFR.

It was tuned with the 102. So LTFT would always be around 5% either way.

It will affect my AFR if the MAF is not reading all the incoming air. When i unpluged the MAF my afrs were perfect again under WOT.

Get a hold of Nick himself and talk to him. He's a real good guy.
