HELP! 2000 Z28 turns over but no start.

HELP! 2000 Z28 turns over but no start. At my whits end! I have a 2000 Z with 215,000 miles, normally runs great. Lately the car will not start. When you turn the key the engine turns over and over, great battery. But it acts like either no spark or no fuel. Let it sit for a few minutes to a day or so and the car starts great! When the car starts it runs great. Park it and come back in a few and it is dead again, ie... turns over but a nogo on the firing! Ideas??? Thanks for any help.
1. New battery installed
2. While trying to start the tach is showing NO indication.
3. #60 lbs of fuel when running and #55 not running with key on.
4. While turning over with no start, spark tester has NO spark.
5. Swapped 2 relays in engine compartment, no real help.
6. Ideas????
