Default overheating issues change stat

okay so i changed my thermostat and burpt it a couple time still over heats cus the hose is super stiff so i changed it again and again it seem like the stat doesnt open..
so i took the thermostat out ran the car was cool then it started to heat up again even with no stat and whats also wierd is that the hose was stiff like there was a thermostat even without one so i took the radiator to a local shop to get it tested they said the radiatior is fine
so do you think its the waterpump or what else could be wrong stat i guess works fine radiator is fine
please let me know what else could be wrong
thanks
lou

removing a T-stat is not a way to make the engine run cooler.with out a restriction the coolant moves too fast past the hot spots to pick up heat.the highest point of the coolant system is where you bleed the coolant system.what vech. is the engine in?
