LT Headers-what HP increase?

I'm sure this has been covered before but what can I expect on an otherwise stock 98SS going to LT headers & Y-pipe w/hi flow cats?

if its been covered before why dont you search for it

but 20r-25whp is typical. dump the flowmaster while your at it.
