Default GTO wiring harness

Guy, I am rewiring my 2004 LS1 GTO harness for my Chevelle. I have a 3 wire MAF connector and as far as I can tell I have any other connector for a air intake temperature.

Can i delete the air intake temperature and if not where does this connect on a cold air intake system?

Thanks
Mike

Not sure if you'll throw a code if you get rid of it, I kept mine in the original intake elbow, it's maybe 8" from the TB and ~2" away from the MAF.

So, I seen that some people are just installing a resistor in the plug. Anyone area here doing so? If i run a filter right of the TB where could I install the sensor?

Dont modify your IAT. Its as critical to function as your TPS and MAP
