If it's a 2002, then the harness between the pedal and TAC is combined with another harness, not sure if it's a body harness or the engine harness but it's not seperate like 2003 on up. Is this really a Silverado, or is it a Surburban? I've never seen a DBW truck in 2002, but have seen Suburbans and Yukons that were DBW as early as 2001. That said, I'm reasonably sure that you can use a jumper harness from a 2003 to 2005.

Some of the early DBW harness are included in the body harness including some 2003's I have seen. The later pigtail harness should work with the 2002 pedal and TAC. Just find one of those off a newer one.
Also, some 6.0L and 5.3L in 2002 had DBW mostly the caddy stuff and GMC C3 etc...
