2000 SS 6.0 Tons of MODS Thinking about selling my Camaro and doing something different. Wanted to get an idea what I should ask and take for it. Thinking I might part out the performance parts and make it stock. But, heres a run down.
2000 Camaro True SS
96XXX miles
I did the following all last winter and have put maybe 1500 miles on the car since then.
6.0 Block from Bishops in dallas. Local machine shop cleaned polished, and turned crank New Cam Bearing and Main Bearings. Did not need to be bored. Block looked almost new when I bought it.
All the following parts were new except the heads and intake. Which were cleaned and had a fresh valve job before installation
LS7 Lifters
Comp Hardened Push Rods
Patriot Stage 2 5.3 heads
Pat G custom Spec Cam 230/236 .612 .607 111 +2 LSA
Fast 90mm intake ported by Vengeance Racing
PTM 92mm TB
SLP 90MM MAF
LS2 Timing Chain
Melling High Volume oil pump.
MSD Wires. TR5 NGK
Short Throw Shifter
42LB Injectors.
Complete Fell Pro Gasket Kit for engine.
GM MLS Head Gaskets
RAM HD Clutch w/ Drill Mod - New Slave Cylinder, flywheel turned and shimmed with new pilot bearing.
Underdrive pulley
All new GM Head bolts and Crank Bolt
ARP 2000 Rod Bolts
Pacesetter Coated Longtubes - Y-pipe Flowmaster 80's
C4 ZR-1 Polished Wheels
17x11 Deep Dish Rears with 315/35 Nitto Extreme Drag Tires.
17x9.5 Fronts with Nitto NT555 R2 Road Racing Tires
Rear Cross drilled rotors. All pads are fully ceramic. lifetime warr
UMI Tubular ON-Car Adjustable Pandard Bar
UMI Tubular Rear Lower Control Arms
UMI LCA Relocation Brackets Bolt in
UMI Tubular Subframe Connectors Bolt in
Computer Tuned by Daniel at SQR 453RWHP/426Torque
Water Pump Lifetime warranty
Lowered on SLP Springs
I have receipts for almost everything from Texas Speed, UMI, Speed INC....
Dyno video,
ALl the work was done by me I have pictures of the build. Also, the SA guides I used to build the engine. I took extra care on everything. From the camshaft degree, floating the oil pump on, proper piston ring installation, Torque and degree bolts.
Needs nothing but for me to replace a idler pulley on the AC bracket thats starting to squeal.
No Leaks nothing.
All the instruments work. NO Check Engine COLD AC HOT Heat
Anyone have any ideas???
