Special Edition Vehicles - Anyone one have a Mecham T/A?

Just curious, I know there was a NBM one on here a couple years back. I just recently purchased 2001 Mecham #3. It was for sale on here for a little bit. It has so much work done to it, and only 1900 miles. Just wondering if anyone on this board has a Mecham TA?

Congrats on the buy! That is one awesome ride for the price, it was a steal for all that was done, I couldn't believe how long it was for sale. That is definitly a piece of work, I wouldn't even want to drive it, just sit there and stare at it. Bet it looks nice next to the Blackbird.

Yes it does! I have the pics that the previous owner gave me but I will get some new ones after I put on the "Mecham TA" decals that the original owner had taken off to put those "Pro Dyno" ones on.

Yes sir! 600HP. It has Nitto Drags on it and I still can not get any traction! Dennis Mecham is going to get me exact production numbers, but it was less than 20 in 01. This is probably the only one that recieved the full treatment that this Mecham got.

I have the #3 from 1999. At this time it is getting repainted and decalled. It was a daily driver for my Uncle and has 120,000 miles. I have tried to find other Mechams and have not been very successful

My friend has 2000 mecham trans am #5, car is badass

A buddy of mine in HS had a 01 mecham, white with blue decals and ROH's. I believe it had a 396 but dont quote me on that. He was an idiot though and stole his own car and stripped it for the insurance money. I always thought that was the sexiest fbody I have ever seen and ive vowed to own one someday.
