Default I need a wrecked vehicle with an LT-1 or LS-1 with 6 speed trans.

I am starting to prep my 1981 280zx Turbo, I want to stuff a LT-1 or LS-1 engine and tranny into it . It's going to be one to turn heads and corners ! I want a complete car so I can get everything I need to make the refit as far as wiring and all the bolt on componets (starter,alt.,ps.,ac,.etc,...) Does anyone have a good source for wrecked vehicles with drivetrain?

Cheaper too. Well, maybe. You need to get all this worked out BEFORE you buy the engine/tranny. Oil pan and accessories and manifolds etc. might work better depending on your donor for your application.

you don't want a wrecked ls1 vette.

first off, it was a bad wreck for it to be totaled.

second, you are not going to install the torque tube, and corvette transaxle in that vehicle, easily.

Conventional Motor/Tranny combo from a 98+ LS1 car are the best bet.
