Default Just ordered my Torque Converter

Well I finally ordered a TCI SSF3500 (from TSP)

I just wanted to thank everyone that suffered through my questioning and helped me make an informed decision on this.

Hope to report back this spring with some low-mid 12 sec timeslips

I'll be installing one before spring. I'm waiting on parts to come together. I plan on using a Earls cooler and braided stainless lines mounted in a non standard location. I have to fab up some ducting for it so I'm stuck waiting on stuff before it gets installed.

I already installed a TCI AL deep pan.

contemplating some billet servos. not sure on those yet.

Yea i got a REALLY good deal on a TCI 3500/24K trans cooler from a friend of mine.. Its only got 2-3k miles on it.. Should get it next weekend. and will put it in the week after that..Just need to buy a shift kit and a tans. temp. guage. Propably go with the set-up on the A-pillar for the guage. DONT want to burn the tranny up. Also, will propably up grade to some 3:73's too. Hoping to get into the low 12's will all the setup.
just worried about traction.
