Default High pitched whistling sound WTF??

06 GTO with headers/intake only. Lately I have been noticing a really pronounced high pitched whistling sound when I get on the throttle at high rpm. At low rpm or light throttle/ cruising I don't hear it, but as soon as I stab the throttle I hear it and goes away as soon as I let off. WOT don't really hear it, but that's probably because of the loud exhaust.

I've checked for vacuum leaks around the CAI but those are good. A few months ago I took off a header and the intake manifold and put them back on, but those are all nice and tight.

Is there anything else I can look at? I can't really replicate this noise while looking at the engine, so I can't pinpoint it myself.
