Hi, I just got my 5.3 in an 86' Regal running and was wondering if anybody has got a/c and cruise control working. If so could you give me ideas of which way you went for brackets and the compressor. Also what people do for cruise.
Any help is appreciated.

lots of people run the kwik a/c compressor mount, about 200 bux.. and For cruise are you drive by cable or drive by wire? if its cable just use a early 2000's v6 s10 unit.. thats whaqt my 67 camaro is running, it goes right on the throttlebody.

Ya I've got the drive by cable. I found some of the s10 units at a good price. What is there that you have to hook up besides the cable? Just not sure what needs to be hooked up for wires. The car does have the factory switch on the column if it works. I did see the kwik mount but was seeing if anybody made their own mount to work.
