buddys car hesitates/sputters bad only at wot we have been trying to figure out whats wrong with it... it only sputters if he trys to get on it at WOT from a crusing speed....
if he rolls into the throtte slowly... it wont pop or sputter....
we have cleaned the maf with maf cleaner, checked the plugs and wires and we just made a couple slight pulls while checking the fuel pressure..
it stays at 60 fine. but once it gets past about 5500 rpm it drops to 55~ psi then starts goin to 20 and back to 60 all erradic n stuff.
its a formula with a 6.0 f14/heads 28#injectors and full bolt ons
what else could it be?? maybe the O2 sensors? or the injectors goin bad?

He still running a MAF with that setup I'm assuming? I bet that is either bad (not just dirty as you have already tried that) or like you explained, your fuel pressure is dropping off at high RPM's from the looks of your numbers.
Can you swap MAF's with him just to test it?

Fuel pressure should be constant unless the car's shut off and the fuel pump is bleeding pressure-even then it takes about 30 minutes or so for the pressure to bleed. Erratic numbers like what you're reporting are definitely signs of a problem there...
