Expectations from different combos

Expectations from different combos Planning a lower rebuild for safety-insurance and juice. Looking at either a 346 solid roller or 382 stroker with a solid roller. Is there a considerable difference in HP level or area under the curve between these combos? Also, will the stroker, even though small, make too much cylinder pressure to safely run a 200-300 Dp nitrous (assuming dedicated fuel, progressive controlled)? Any input is helpful, TIA. Charlie.
