Looking for Headers!! Help!
All--
I just got a 2000 ram air trans am. I did the SLP lid and K&N, before throwing it in the garage for the nasty chicago winter! I am looking to do exaust first..Starting with headers (long tube), y-pipe and a cat-back. I dont know if Illinois checks for Cats during emission checks, but i assume they do... Any ideas on which brand to use for this stuff? Are flow-tech's good? I think I want to keep Cats on it...maybe!...
I also thought that i would do some NGK tr55's and Taylor wires while I am at it...Good choice? The car has 40k on it now..Looks cherry too!
Am I on the right track here?

IL does OBD scan only tests on '96 and up cars. So long as you don't have an SES or stored DTCs you will pass.
