Default no start, cranking w spark and fuel

I recently replaced my opti, icm, coil, wires, plugs, fuel pump, and fpr. The car is getting a healthy spark and 47psi of fuel w/ the vac line off the fpr. Not sure if it has to do with the cold temperatures, but my motor cranks over very quickly but just won't fire up. Occasionally it will sound like its about to fire, but will not. Btw, the car has run and been driven with all of these mods done. I guess my question is are their other sensors that may be bad that I should check for? I would assume a maf but their isn't one on 93s. Also it is not the vats for the reason that the fuel pump is functioning. Thanks in advance to anyone who has any suggestions, I am new to LT1s

no sir, injectors not injecting. The injector fuses are good. Could it be the map or etc sensor that sends to the pcm? I am guessing that they could cause a no start condition. Im gonna borrow an obd1 scan tool tomorrow or friday, and see what I come up with.

Is the harness for the opti plugged in all the way... opti sends signal to the injectors to pulse.

no way. I've never saw or heard about a car not starting on because of coolant temp sensor.

Yeah, wild I know. Scanned the ses light and it came up with the ect code. Replaced it for 12 bucks and the bird fired right up.
