Default balancer pulleys

Has anyone used this balancer for their V? I have a 2006 and i am going with an LQ9 out of a 2007 Surburban...since it will have all forged internals i wanted a good balancer also...ATI preferred but have done a lot of searches and no one has a balancer listed for an 06V....

You need an 'LS1' pulley. They most likely don't list the LS2 V because they did not test fit one for the correct belts. I ran into the same issue and that's what I found out.

ATI #917266 (Std) or #917278 (10% UD). Worth every penny and are rebuildable. ATI has a pinning kit (#918993) for the crank snout if you want to pin the stock crank or you have a keyed aftermarket crank.

Actually, all Gen 3/4 Y-car balancers (excluding the LS7 pulley for it's dry-sump configuration) through 2007 at least, have the same belt spacing as 2004-2007 Vs.

Either way, run an ARP balancer bolt #234-2503 (for LS1/2/3/6) or #234-2504 (LS7 w/long-snout crank).
