Picked this cam up off here with the intentions of using it as a sleeper cam. It was specd for turbo or blower use. Should I advance it to pick up some bottom end because I will be na. I do plan on heads and higher compression in the future.

Depends upon how you drive.
You'll actually gain some low end torque even with its late valve close. The IVC is 48* which is bit late for such a mild cam, but I used a 228/224 113 114 on my 99 Camaro (also IVC= 48*) with a big stall and loved how the car pulled clean up top to a 6800 rpm shift. The power band was great for highway blasts and roll races because the car never saw less than 5000 rpms.
If you want a little more power down low for drag racing and want to shift by 6500, I'd get an adjustable chain and advance it 2 or 3*.
