Default Disconnecting interior harness from engine bay harness?

I'm removing the entire wiring harness from a 98 WS6 and I cant figure out how to disconnect the harness leading from the drivers side interior to the drivers side engine bay. The pack is located on the drivers side firewall, near the brake booster. Pics of what I'm talking about are below.

From the interior:

If I remember right, you need to separate the covers on one of the sides, (can't remeber which) and there should be a 7mm bolt holding the two together.

I got the black cover off, but still don't see how it disconnects.

Yup, pretty sure there's a bolt in the middle of all those wires. It runs from one side to the other.

there's no bolt. and it doesn't come apart at that location. you have to unplug the several plugs coming from this harness on the interior to be able to pull it out from the engine bay.

That's right. It's the big plug on the end of that bundle under the dash that has the bolt.
