Jeff @ JR racing

Does anyone know of a tuner named Jeff @ JR racing in jacksonville, n.c. ?I've done a search, but can't seem to find any contact info for the shop or the guy. If anyone has knowledge of the tuner or the shop, could you please chime in. Thanks

I'm really not sure. This info came from a friend and I read somewhere that he was from Jacksonville, n.c. and that he was a killer tuner. Does this sound like the guy that you know? If so, shoot me a PM with his info, if you don't care.
