absolutely, hands down, get a drop. the 4x4 stance a camaro comes with stock, even if it doesn't bother you now, should be the first thing to fix. the moment it's fixed, you'll say to yourself, "wow, i can't believe i thought it looked fine when it was stock." trust me on that one
