2010 Camaro PCM Swap
I've got a friend who recently bought a 2010 Camaro. It's got a tune that's locked into the computer and it doesn't take into account emissions that we have to deal with here. We need to tune it but subsequently can't read it in with HPTuners...
Can we just buy another PCM for the car from GM and put that in, then tune that one to pass the emissions tests, then put the "power tune" PCM back into the car?
What's the best approach to take here?

Cool!
That tuner has shot me a line saying that what whatever program they've put in, nobody else can unlock it and even if they did it wouldn't allow us to tune it with HPTuners etc.
I'm guessing he's just shooting a line and that it's got a professional tuner lock on it?
