lokking for a cam for my ls1 it has ls6 intake and long tube headders full exhust and slp lid tb. that woulb be a good cam for it my goal is 400 425 hp. is that acivable with a cam and spring swap. what kinda cam would you guys recomend. it a 6speed car. another quick question. it it worth porting te heads and putting bigger valves in them. i plan on the cam first.

maybe look at a EPS cam or Damian on here has a nice cam that will make that power.if you can port or get your heads ported for a good price do it.just porting the heads and cleaning up the bowl area and a nice valve job will help flow greatly.bigger valves are nice but aren't needed for good power .the stage 1 ls6 heads from TSP make good power with small valves.
