Default Broken Manifold(intake) and TB bypass

I purchased a ls1 intake from a member and he removed a brass bushing cause he upgraded to a ls6 intake. He told me look for members with a cracked manifold to see if I can buy a bushing(?) from them. I called the dealer and they dont sell them. Here a pic below. Or would I be fine to run it without it? There is one a front pass side first intake bolt and oone at drivers side last intake bolt. thxs

How do you guys feel about the TB collant bypasses?

I did the TB bypass. Living in the Southwest, it just doesn't get that cold. I never noticed a difference one way or the other.

You'll be fine with 2 alingment bushings in the intake, and do the coolant by pass.

There is only 2 bushings total. I am missing 1!

Any recommended coolant bypasses?
