I just went through the same thing. I was building my motor for nitrous and both rods above were a no go. I wanted a budget build to use the ls2 rods but just purchased compstar h beams because I couldnt beat the price and quality. Now im never in question if the rods gonna hold or not. I did lots of homework on both of these rods to come up with my conclusion.
