PO420 Catalyst Low Threw this code today while slowly coasting to a red light. What does that mean and what are the effects? The code has been cleared by a local shop. No mods done to exhaust except a catback a few years ago.

i dunno i got a p0135 heating bank1 circuit a few days ago. cleared it, never came back. It's been awefully humid wet here lately might have to weater proof the o2 extensions a little better.
