Default Problem? Any ideas...........

I have a 93 lt1, 3 inch exhaust no cats, and a shift kit

When dropped in first and hammered on the car acts like it hesitates or a second or two and then goes. Doesnt have the power it did have a week ago. Shift up into second and almost like a flat spot occurs and then it straightens up. The check engine light is on but only throws 02 code. Could this be all of my problem? Couldnt even chirp the tires.....but if say you hit 2500 rpm and smash it it gets up and moves. Im dumbfounded and not a mechanic. So any help would be awsome!

Note: I was told to look for vacuum line leak. Off the thick line on the top of the fire wall, there is white plastic piece spliced into the line with a broken nipple on it. I havent been able to find the hose that went to it as it runs behind thge motor. Possibly the problem?

See if it's supposed to go to this:

That's on the pass. side behind the intake, just inboard of the hood hinge by the expansion valve for the AC. Also have a look on the driver's side and see if there is a vacuum line that is open or has a line that isn't hooked up. You'd likely throw an EGR code if the small one on the driver's side of the intake was unhooked. Passenger side, behind the EVAP purge assembly, there are 2 small vacuum fittings. One is fuel press. regulator, the other is supposed to go to the bottom fitting on the valve in the pic above.

If it's the white plastic tee fitting right under the windshield wipers on the cowl (firewall) it goes to your windshield wiper fluid reservoir. As for the o2s bogging you down, yes it will do that. The car will run open loop (rich) if there is no o2 feedback. My 1st 93Z didn't have any o2s when I bought it, did the same thing.

guys i checked everything out not leaks ect. I took starting fluid and sprayed all around the intake and nothing. Went back up to autozone and had them run the light again after letting sit with battery unhooked. Now its saying Knock sensor and then "Peak injector driver current not reached because of high resistance circuit.
