Default O2 sensor trouble codes P0134 P0154 P0174 and long tube headers??

2004 Colorado with a 2007 LR4 4.8L V8 GMC van motor.
- 06 GTO LS2 intake, fuel rails, FRC covers
- 06 SSR 90mm drive by wire throttle body, Mass air flow sensor, throttle pedal, E40 PCM with 06 SSR manual transmission tune.

-stock LR4 28 lb/ hr injectors with top hat spacers, large bottom o rings, and 1/4"fuel rail spacers

-LS2 knock sensors

-06 trailblazer SS OBX long tube T-304 stainless 1 3/4" headers high flow cats 3" Y pipe into single 3"in dual 2 1/2"out flow-master 40 series delta cross flow

-06 4.8L full size pickup Ebay special cold air intake shortened up

-02 F-body flywheel LUK pressure plate ZO6 disk, quick time 3/8" bell-housing spacer, advanced adapter (Jeep AX 15 / asian MA5 to Chevy V8)

-04 vette fuel filter/regulator

HP tuners and GM TIS used to load 4.8L injector tables into SSR calibration. Displacement changed to correct number for 4.8L redline dropped down to 5500 rpm, tach output changed to serial, rear gear ratio changed, a/c codes and T56 codes turned off.

I am currently very frustrated with lean codes bank 2 only PO174 and P0134 PO154 O2 sensor inactivity bank 1 bank 2, I tried using the trailblazer/SSR sensors the one from the colorado they all do the same thing!!!! I am so frustrated.

The PO134 and P0154 come on at 131 F that's the open to closed loop switch over point, if I let it warm up clear the code and restart hot it doesn't set the codes. I think maybe the large diameter pipes good muffler high flow cats and stainless long tube headers, are the problem it takes longer for the less restricted exhaust to heat up the O2 sensors and stainless doesn't retain heat very well.

I also get random P0300 missfire codes, but be do to a loose injector wire, or the lean condition on bank 2.

after letting it idle for a few minutes the bank 2 senor voltage drops dramatically and sets PO174 to lean. I don't know if this is because it gets cold, or if there is a vacuum or exhaust leak, I replaced the header gaskets, sprayed carb clean around the intake manifold no change in rpm, so there shouldn't be a vacuum leak.

I am also getting code P0315 case learn told this is no big deal, I turned it of in HP tuners

I have no idea what to try next help????????? Anyone else have troubles with O2 codes and long tube headers, what is the solution?
