Default LSx swap, auto to manual and anti-theft questions

Performing an LS swap into my 240sx, unfortunately it's automatic...sooo a few questions:

Do I have to swap to the t56 AND get a manual pcm or can I just get the car tuned and work that out?

Also, how would you override the anti-theft system?

The tune can fix both for you

As mentioned, a tuner can fix both issues. A tune for an automatic is VERY different than the tune for a manual.

I found this out when I swapped a lq4 from an automatic vehicle into a new vehicle but used a manual.
