Default cadillac LSA conecting rods

does anyone know anything about these LSA rods? ive been told they are the strongest of all the stock LS rods. the motor is super charged and makes well over 500hp so it does make since to use a better rod in this motor. can i get some input on this?

While I'm sure they are good rods, the LS9 and LS7 rods are stronger, and as said are titanium.

We have pushed those motors with stock bottom ends to 725rwhp in the CTS-V and don't have any problems. Pretty tough

The rods are not forged they are lightweight powder-metal connecting rods and use hypereutectic pistons on the LsA. But they do deck hone the blocks prior to assembly.

From the GMPP catalogue with the breakdown of the LSA 6.2L SC...

Connecting Rods (p/n 12604857) Powdered Metal

...pistons are hypereutectic....but looks like the crank is a Forged unit, which I did not know.
