Default Tranny Pan Question

I'm looking at getting a transmission pan with a plug in it for easy filling and draining. Almost every pan I see has raised bolt holes. This normally would not be a problem except for the fact that my automatic transmission gear selector thing has a bracket that bolts to the pan with two longer bolts. Will this still bolt up correctly with the raised bolt holes or will I need a pan with a flat flange? If you are wondering it's one of the cheapy 700R4 pans on Ebay. The transmission is a 4l60e in a 2k Z28 Camaro.

Make your own. Get a o2 sensor bung, gasket and plug, drill and weld your stock pan. Done for under $5.
