What backspacing do i need

What backspacing do i need Getting a fab 9 rear with 3inch off each side. Going to run a 18x12 rim for 335 tires. What backspacing will I need. This is on a 98 transam. Also if anyone knows how wide I can go in the front and what backspacing I need for that be very grateful.
