Default plug gap help

i have a 6.0 with a cam and head work cris about 10.5 what should i gap my pluds at got a race this weekend and i have to run na so no bottle. i tr55 plugsgoing in for the race.. full bolt on car to hp is in the 400 plus range

I had my tr55 set at .045

I would set them at .050". Typically what I usually set them up at.
