Default Camaro H-light rubber seal solution

Been doing research and didn't find much. I recall making some seals when I did a T-top conversion on my 94TA. I had some left over and dug it out. Bottom line, the original hard top door seals is what I chopped up and had left overs. I've done the first stage, I've trimed the seal off the OE door seal and placed it on the light just to see what they look like and wow they will look great! Close to OE as possible. My only problem is I don't have enough to do both lights. I need to go to the bone yard to get more. Just in case you wonder what seal. It's the that goes around the door, not the glass. With a new razor I trimed it off the metal so it lays flat. I'll at least have the one light done tomorrow and post pics...

You do realize that you could probably be cutting up weatherstripping from non-F-bodies to make your DIY headlight weatherstripping... Right? Why even bother? New headlights come with weatherstripping... Stock seal not good enough?
