Wtf help me :) this may be a dumb question but how come my damn wiper arms dont go all the way down when i turn them off....
ever since i bought the car its been like that
can anyone help lol
im desperate
i can tackle a engine rebuild but i cant effing figure out how to fix this lol

carefully (with them off) force them down. they'll do this if theres to much snow or ice or something else in the way that stopped them from going all the way down at some point. feels alot like moving a power mirror by hand... seems like somethings gonna break but it will go
