Default Swapping out my rears for the rain?

So my car has been sitting for a while and now I have to drive to victorville in this rain. Im sure my m&h 325 racemasters wont do well with traction on the freeway. So I was considering on putting my stock wheels with 275 tires back on the rear for the weekend. Would I have to readjust my lcas or phb for the stock size wheels or shouls I be fine?
