Default Looking for advice - lq9/l92/fc rx7

I have a question here, I am currently doing a lq9 swap into my fc rc7 and have plans to put l92 heads/ls3 intake/90mm cable driven tb. I was wondering if its going to be a huge difference to leave the 317s on the stock bottom lq9 with an ls6 intake. Both setups will have a custom ground cam and patriot gold springs. I just not sure if I it is going to be a huge upgrade to put the l92s on over the stock heads based on the fact I will be at stock lq9 cubes.

Thanks and appreciate the advice.

EDIT: Forgot to add that I am willing to flycut the stock pistons if needed on either setup.

I don't think you will need to flycut anything (IIRC). The L92s will definitely flow better, with upwards of 325 at .600 lift on intake. Furthermore, the L92s will bump the CR up, but just barely (68 cc vs. 72 cc for the 317s, IIRC).

Edit: Forgot to mention, I'd definitely go with the L92s for pretty much any kind of induction you're working with.
