Default looks like oil in power steering fluid but I don't have a power steering cooler..

I searched this and seen that this is sometimes caused by the power steering cooler. My car doesn't have this but i just replaced the pump and the old fluid was chocolate milky. When I put the new pump on with fresh fluid, within 5 minutes of running the car the fresh fluid was choco milky again. Any suggestions?

That's just air working itself out of the system. (Cycle the system by turning the wheels lock to lock several times and all that air should get out. After the car rests, it should look normal again.
