cops are always hangin out on the main street of my neighborhood M-F 9:30ish am to 1:45ish pm and someone gets pulled over day, also 249/ BW8 going toward tomball state troopers linger over there

I see at least 5 cops "hiding" between my subdivision and the park and ride every morning and evening. Favorite places: Behind the wall at the school, in the community pool's parking lot, behind the hedges/flowers at the entrance to the subdivision, backed into a deadend street in the "new" area.
