Thumbs down Codes galore

pulled codes today and i got six of them! seems excessive!
here they are-
23-manifold air temp low
34-MAP sensor (high voltage)
41-EST fault -what is EST?
51-calibration checksum
55-oxygen sensor (rich reading) wideband reads 15-16...LEAN!
81-TPS (out of range)

I have a 5.3,LS6 intake, longtubes, painless ls1 harness/PCM, pretty much just plug it in. So the question is, would these codes be remedied with tuning?

23,34,41,51-not sure what these are telling me!

so you think this is mostly a tuning issue, is this because the computer is set up for 5.7 and not a 5.3? i have the software from painless but cant get my laptop to load anything. does anyone know of a good shop in southern wisconsin that could help me out?
