Default Trouble Code DTC-28 help!

Performed a bypass with a paperclip on my '93 z28 as recommended..Getting a trouble code 28. (auto transmission range pressure switch error). Can anyone tell me what this means and bout how much am I looking at in getting this fixed?

On a 1993, DTC 28 means:

Quad-Driver Module (QDM) #3 circuit
applies to:
- fan control relays
- a/c relay

Check those relays and/or circuits.

-Does this have any relationship to the bogging/sluggish and shutdown of vehicle??

It's just for those relays/circuits. It should not impact anything else.
