Can someone read this EFI log to make sure that my lockup clutch is bad?

Converter isn't locking up. Can you tell from this whether the lockup clutch is the cause? If so, I need to order a converter soon so that I can install it over spring break. Thanks

This was in town so it is a good ways into it before we reached a speed suitable for lockup.

I was seeing a command status of "Locked" but it was showing slip of over 500rpm IIRC. Just need second opinions as I don't want to mislead the OP since I am by no means a tuning/logging expert.
