01' camd v6 Firebird to a 01' LS1 conversion
Well guys Its time to take my camd v6 to the next stage and put in a bigger engine. I was gonna buy a WS6 out right but couldnt find one at the right price with decent mileage on it that hasnt been beat on. So I came acrossed a guy who wrecked an 01 TA. Its same year as my v6, same color, and just 7k more miles at 89k. It has Pacesetter LTs with Ory, SLP intake kit and Eibach pro kit. The following is what all performance parts I plan to put on the car with the swap. My car already has a stiff aftermarket suspesnion under it so I wont have to touch that minus swapping the springs. You can check out the current car at www.cardomain.com/id/firehawknwv and tell me what you think of the current phase. Again here is the current build list. If there is something someone think I should include that Im missing please feel free to add comments and suggestions.
-01 LS1 87k w/ Pacesetter Lts and ory, SLP intake kit already on wrecked car
-4L80e trans w/ BMR crossmember, HD2 shift kit, Edge 3200 or 3400 stall
-Lg G5x3 cam
-Patriot valve train parts
-Patriot gold springs
-WS6 lower air box
-LS6 oil pump
-Racetronix fuel pump with wire kit
-MSD wires, NGK plugs
-160 tstat
-LS2 timing chain
-LS7 rollers
-MTI lid just for personal preforance
-removed A/C system
-shaved down balancer
I might be forgetting something else which I may add later.
