Electric Fans On/Off ls1 in 68 firebird

Electric Fans On/Off ls1 in 68 firebird I'm sick of searching for hours and not coming up with what I need and getting multiple answers on the simple stuff where there should only be one right answer so I need a little help.
I'm swapping an ls1 and pcm from a 99 camaro into a 68 firebird and am having the pcm redone and was wondering what temp everyone does with their electric fans to have them come on and shut off at what degrees for both the high and low settings. Also what are the factory settings for the temp on/off of the fans and the stock thermostat?
I need someone that has done this before and what works well. Did you change the thermostat and/or alter the fan temps and to what degrees etc..? Thanks guys
