Default Which flywheel?? Help!

Im planning on changing my cluch soon. It looks like im going with monster stage 3 or 4 clutch. Which flywheel should I get. 28# Billet steel or 18# SFI light weight flywheel? I will be doing mostly street driving and occasional passes at the track. My mods are in my sig below. Planning on swapping motor next year. Not sure on cubes or setup but plan on pushing between 500-600rwhp. What do you guys suggest and why? Thanks for your help!!

I would stick with the billet steel flywheel if you are going to be street/strip. Yes it is less rotational mass to turn if you get the lightened flywheel and your rpms will rise/fall faster. That is good for road racing/autocross. You dont really want your rpms to fall off fast in stip use IMO.

For your application I would recommend a Monster Level 3 with the 28lbs flywheel. give me a call and I can get one coming your way!

Honestly, I run an aluminum flywheel, street car etc, onyl real difference is it revs a lot faster. Love it, no real change in street behavior etc. That would be my vote.

28# Billet.. Been there done that.. Car is easy to kill with a much lighter flywheel. You are going to run a stage 3 or 4.. Don't go lightweight..
