Default Crackle in sail panel subs

I recently installed a set of Kee Audio Bazooka DVC subs in the sail panels and noticed when I turn the stereo on and off, I get a little crackle sound in the subs. It's very brief and only when I turn them on or off. Is this something I should be concerned about?

Does it happen right when you turn it on or off? I know my totally stock system makes a little buzzing noise once in a while when everything is turned off. Not sure if that's related or not.

It happens just when I turn it on and off. It's like a little pop and crackle.
