can i do a cam change without pulling the heads?

Default can i do a cam change without pulling the heads?

i have a 6.0 an i dont wana pull the heads just to put a cam in it

no need to pull heads unless you need to change the lifters

just use air nozzle in the spark plug holes to hold the valves up if your changing the springs and no head removal needed like jay lt4 said
